Monthly Ceremonies

Our gatherings are held in a clean, contained jungle setting near Puerto Morelos. Each ceremony is guided with intention, respect, and a strong focus on safety. We combine traditional elements with prayer, icaros, mantras, and live medicine music to support a clear, contained experience.

Aya Ceremony (Abuelita)

This is a ceremonial space for deep inner work — not a recreational experience. The medicine is an amplifier: it can bring what’s hidden to the surface so you can see clearly, take responsibility, and choose change from a place of love. We ask you to arrive with humility, a clear intention, and without expectations.

A traditional, music-held container

We hold the ceremony in a circle and weave together sacred elements of the tradition – icaros, prayers/mantras, and live medicine music – to support focus, surrender, and emotional safety.

Nature as part of the medicine

Being surrounded by jungle, earth, air, and fire supports grounding and presence. Many guests feel that the natural setting helps them reconnect physically and spiritually.

Intention and integration

We emphasize preparation beforehand and integration after, because what you receive is only the beginning. We offer guidance to help you bring insights into real life.

Common effects (varies per person)

  • Emotional release and clarity

  • Deep reflection and insight into patterns

  • A physical cleansing process (including nausea/purging)

  • A renewed sense of connection to nature, self, and life

Every experience is different. Depth depends on your intention, your readiness, and your willingness to do honest inner work.

This may be for you if…

If you’re at a turning point and looking for clear direction, feel ready to face what you’ve been avoiding with courage and honesty, and feel a genuine call to work through emotional or spiritual blocks, this ceremony may be for you. We ask that you come willing to prepare properly, take responsibility for your process, and treat integration as an essential part of the work — not an afterthought.

This is not for everyone

Ayahuasca work isn’t a “quick fix” and it won’t “save you.” It offers an opportunity — and what you do with it matters.

Safety is our priority

To protect the space, Madre Verde is an alcohol–commercial tobacco–drug-free zone. Participation is confirmed only after a short application and review.

Sacred Tobacco Purge

A traditional cleansing ceremony with sacred tobacco prepared as a tea. This is not a psychedelic experience, but it can be intense in its own way, often bringing a strong physical purge and a deep sense of energetic clearing.

Purpose

  • Cleansing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels

  • Releasing heaviness and old patterns

  • Grounding, clarity, and protection

  • Tobacco is considered a powerful protective plant in Amazonian traditions and is often used to support preparation and alignment.

Retreat

With five days in nature, you have the space to slow down, disconnect from daily noise, and move through the process with steady support, preparation, and integration built into the experience.

5-Day Immersion Retreat

This retreat is a five-day, all-inclusive jungle immersion designed for people who want more space than a single ceremony allows. You arrive, slow down, and let the process unfold with support built into each day, including preparation, ceremony, rest, nourishment, and integration. Nature is part of the retreat rhythm, helping you reconnect with your inside and return to your center.

What's included

  • Multi-day immersion in the jungle with accommodation

  • Tobacco cleansing and two plant medicine ceremonies

  • Introduction class, integration talk, and a reflection time

  • Healthy meals with vegan/vegetarian options

  • Therapeutic massage and flower bath to relax body and mind

A supported process

Retreat flow

Arrival + grounding (Thursday): You’re welcomed from late morning, settle into the space, and begin with an opening talk and a gentle landing into the retreat container. The day includes shared-cabin accommodation, dinner, and a sacred tobacco purge.

Preparation + night ceremony (Friday): The day includes breakfast, personalized talks, and therapeutic massages, with lunch as the last meal mid-afternoon. Before the night ceremony, there’s a plant bath with tobacco and roses intended as preparation and protection, followed by an Ayahuasca night ceremony.

Integration + nature support (Saturday): The focus moves into integration and recovery, with rest, food, and grounding experiences. The program includes optional Sananga application, and a cenote visit (weather-dependent) or beach, plus a relaxing flower bath.

Day ceremony + closing (Sunday–Monday): The retreat includes a day ceremony with Grandmother Ayahuasca followed by an integration talk. The retreat closes around late morning on the final day, with an option for guests to depart a day earlier if needed.

Five Biological Laws

The retreat includes an introductory talk on the Five Biological Laws (New German Medicine) as a framework for reflection on the connection between mind, emotions, and the body. The perspective explores the idea that what we experience internally can influence how we feel physically, and it invites participants into deeper self-inquiry around stress, conflict, meaning, and healing.

This talk is shared as an educational/spiritual viewpoint to support awareness and integration – it is not medical advice, and we do not diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical care.
